Shareholders

The Public Investment Corporation, one of Africa’s largest investment managers, has endorsed the value of Boikarabelo Coal Mine and its economic importance to South Africa through its acquisition of 19.49% of Resgen’s issued share capital.

Noble Resources International Pte Ltd, which owns 13.69% of the issued share capital, manages a portfolio of global supply chains across a range of industrial and energy products. It markets, processes, finances and transports key commodities, connecting low-cost producing regions with high-demand growth markets.

Another significant South African shareholder is Shinto Torii Inc, a subsidiary of Altius Investment Holdings, a new-generation black economic empowerment (BEE) investment holding company focused on commodity businesses, with a 10.69% of the issued share capital.
